"Dr refused to see my child even after giving him appointment while we were waiting at her office, without even looking at my child, assessing symptoms, cancelled our appointment and aksed us to go to ER...which doctor would not even look at the child waiting in her office! Would never trust my child's care with this practice!"

"Our child has been seeing Dr. Catalano for two years now and we are very happy with his care. Dr. Catalano has gone above and beyond to address family health concerns and how we should handle our child when it come to family members who have health issues. I never wait more than a few minutes - if that - to get into the room for an appointment. That goes a long way for me because parents are busy and waiting 30+ minutes (which as happened at other practices) with a child is very difficult, especially if the child is anxious about seeing the doctor. I feel the tests are appropriate and Dr. Catalano does not go overboard. She is thorough without "overdoing" it on the tests. At the last two practices, our child was subject to SO many tests - many which I felt were not needed (this is coming from the wife of a physician). I look forward to our child growing with this practice. Thank you for such great care!"

"Stay away from this pediatric practice. After taking my kids there for 12 years I had the worst experience today. My child was afraid of getting a finger stick and shot. After screaming in his face to cooperate with a finger stick the medical Assistant told me there was another easier non invasive way but did not originally offer it because they did not know if it was covered by insurance. Then when the doctor came in, dr Lorraine catalano, who was very much aware that my child was not cooperating secondary to fear she also screamed in his face to cooperate. As she was preparing the needle she proceeded to berate him And told him if he moved during the shot it would slice his arm off. Needless to say I walked out requesting my records. I would not recommend this pediatric practice to anyone as they clearly have no idea how to deal with children."
