"The doctors here are amazing. We got multiple recommendations from patients to come this practice. The reason for not a 5 star review is the front desk staff. Calling the office is brutal. The receptionist are extremely unpleasant, rude, and make you feel stupid for any little question. Considering leaving the practice because calling to make an appointment has become extremely uncomfortable."

"Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy with the staff at this location. More specifically the front desk. We were turned away because they closed in 30 minutes and did not have an appointment when they are walk in only. That wouldn’t have bothered me if it weren’t for the woman in the front desk who had an exasperated look on her face when we walked in. The way she spoke to me as if we didn’t matter because it was more important for her to get out on time. I will not be coming here nor recommending this location to anyone. Do not get into the profession of helping others if your own personal needs are more important than anyone else."

"I love Dr. Johnston . I use Dr. Johnston for my 3 kids. She’s very thorough with her examinations, washes her hands upon entering the room, and allows the kids to participate in their check ups (especially the younger ones) and most importantly takes her time and answer any questions I have and never rushes us. The front staff on the other hand is terrible. They are rude, and unpleasant to speak with. Always on edge and ready to attack you. Their demeanor is the same as on the phone with them. Now when my kids get sick I take them to the pediatric urgent care so I don’t have to deal with calling into PAC to a sick appointment. Also, my kids gets seen within a reasonable time at the urgent care. That way I only have to see those front ppl once a year at the front desk for annuals only. Will jump to another practice if they anger me again. Really sucks cause DR. Johnston is great."

"I love this office and I love Dr. Catalano. She is really friendly and extremely personable. She knows my son and makes me feel like she didn't just read his chart 2 minutes before walking into the patient room. The one thing I would say that is annoying is there can only be 1 parent in the room. My son is 2 months old and I really wish my husband could be in there with us when he gets his shots. Other than that, great place. Staff is also super friendly and helpful."
