"Paid nearly $300 for an appointment that was less than 5 minutes long. The doctor then proceeded to prescribe me allergy medication that I told her I already used and it did not work. I tried the medication again anyway and I’m still just as sick as when I made the appointment, just down $300."

Dr. Klenoff did my kid's ear tubes and adenoids when she was a toddler, and I've been seen here by Dr. Lanson, Dr. Brewer, and Dr. Neubauer. I've always had a good experience here. From what I've experienced - the office is well organized and efficient with great front-desk staff and the doctors are all great."

"I made an email request for appointment this week, because I had an severe ear infection. The lady called me and put me on hold for 6 minutes in total. I told her I cannot go all the way to Westport because it is too far and I had to work that day. The lady told there is opening spot on January 30th. Are you kidding me? I have an ear infection and abscess. You want me to wait entire month? I told her that I cannot wait for that long and she told me to just to go to ER, then hung up on me. What a disgusting behavior."
