"Horrible! I had been waiting for twenty minutes while the lady with red hair and what I’m assuming is another employee had gone on break. If you have a sign up for a certain time to come back, come back at that time not twenty minutes after the fact, Super unprofessional. I did not get a sorry or anything, just the lady with red hair looking super annoyed because I was standing there waiting. While in shopping I asked for help with some earrings and just to double check what is on sale and what’s not, and she just stared at me, and said anything with the red sign and or sticker I also had asked for some help with the earrings that are with the nose rings and she gave me serious attitude about it, like I had the nerve to ask for help, she pointed to some then walked back behind the counter, and grabbed her phone, she then continued to bad mouth what I’m assuming is someone that works their to the other girl she was with, Now I love a good gossip but if I was that other employee I would not want to work with that her. At the register the lady with the red hair walked away as I was putting my stuff down on the counter and walked into a door, forcing the other girl she was with to get up from what she was doing to ring me out. I asked her, is that your manager, and she nodded and said yes softly. In all my years I’ve never been treated that way. If you hate your job that bad then don’t work there! Don’t waste your time or money."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. I never complain or am rude to people in customer service but this was crazy. The girl was loudly talking on FaceTime behind the counter and giving me attitude for asking super simple questions about how long 45cm is for a necklace. After my transaction she handed me my change back and said “I don’t have the 81 cents” I looked and my change back was 3.81. Working in retail if that happens you either round up to 4 dollars or only accept exact change. When I was super nice and said that’s almost a dollar she started giving me crazy attitude and getting aggressive clapping her hands saying what do you want me to do about it. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store."

"One thing i’d like to say with the other review is that they are not expensive at all!! They have super cute jewelry at a great price as well! I got earrings here for a wedding for $4 and they were perfect, I got a few compliments on them too. Great store."

"Super disappointed. They lost a potential regular customer!! Don’t shop here, their return policy is the worst! It was a cute shop and I stopped by and got hair clips and a hairband set for my daughter. When I got home, the band seemed too big for her so i went back a couple days later to return. The product was in original packing, even in the tissue they put into and they still didn’t return. Such a bad return policy. They say it’s for “hygiene purposes” lol. Everyone in the store were trying on the hair bands, where did the hygiene go then???? Also, they are super expensive. I would have gotten the same thing for $5 dollar at target instead of $12, just wanted to support this new business but nahhhh. Not again!!!"
