"My first time in this shop I googled this spot when we spoke on the phone she seemed so pleasant upon arrival to my appointment she was late not that late but still she seemed very nice at first speaking to me and explaining the do and don’ts and what nots with my locs for some reason once she started doing my hair she was blowing behind my head the whole time complete attitude for no reason it’s not like I was tender headed it seems like she don’t like her job so why open a business i work hard for my money thank you for the retwist but the twists my little two year old cousin could’ve did that this was my first and last time coming here on top of all that my dreads aren’t all the same size she twisted them together and was just going to leave them as they were until I started wrapping them up HER BROTHER THE BARBER WAS THE BEST he made it better Adja African hair braiding she’s the best same price and you get more then your moneys worth"

"First time in this shop or even in this neighborhood. I recently moved to the state. Googled this spot. When I spoke with the young lady on the phone it was awkward she seemed rushed not busy and I ignored it. When I arrived for my appointment she was rude if not unprofessional in her tone and language. She asked not one question about my hair care regimen allergies or hair concerns....nothing a first customer is asked in a natural hair salon to ensure a smooth service. She again was rushing...dropping combs tops and pins. We spent the next hour silent. I saw she had the potential to be pleasant and kind as there was a gentleman who called the wrong number and she provided him with much more pleasantry than she did for the first-time, customer. She provided maintenance for my shoulder length locs without shampoo for $120. I care very much about where I spend my dollars and it will not be in this salon."
