"Super disappointed in my experience. The first time I saw Sabrina she nailed the color I wanted for my hair. So I went a second time for a cut and color, but this time, my hair came out much darker than what I wanted. It has purply tones in it instead of a reddish brown. I called her that day to let her know my color was off, she said, wash it out and see if I'm still not happy with it. So I did not call her until like 2 weeks after that because I got busy with life AND their voicemail was not set up when I called. When I finally got a hold of her she said it was too late and I would be charged for another service. I paid $140 for my hair already! Why would I have to be charged for a mistake that the hair dresser made? I also spoke with the manager which I decided to do before leaving this review to see if she could help but she did not. Will not be coming back."
