"The people at the front desk are amazing and very welcoming. I had a broken wrist and I have to have occupational therapy my Therapist is amazing! The building is very clean even in the waiting room. The bathrooms were clean they have a coat rack I feel it’s amazing. This is why I chose a five star rating. I’m very happy with my therapy thus far"

"Excelsior Orthopedic Center is a great surprise. My doctor moved his practice there. I was skeptical; however, pleasantly surprised. The building is huge, very clean, staff courteous and friendly.Although, it may feel as I was being corralled, it was done effectively and efficiently. Directions from one area to another were specific and quick. Checking at the first desk to registration, then to the correct waiting area was a breeze. All areas were bright, clean and very welcoming."

"Dr Kelly is the only hand surgeon I will let work on my hands. His skill in the OR is superb. He is thoughtful, kind, concerned and caring. Although my last appointment ran hours late to see him, it is worth every minute waiting to see him. He makes me feel calmer when I get anxious and never rushes our appointment to explain everything. I wish all Dr's were like this"

"This was my first time at Excelsior and they made a great first impression from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment online and I was pleased to be able to get in the same day at a time that worked for my schedule (thank you for evening hours!). Everyone was friendly and professional. I expected to wait awhile when I arrived since that's been my experience with medical appointments, but there was no wait. I went right in and the transition time between each stage of the appointment was also reasonable. I felt like my time was valued in that I didn't have to wait long and they also didn't rush through the assessment and discussion of my injury. Lastly, I really appreciated that they explained what my insurance would cover and what I would owe for the brace and that they did not pressure me to buy theirs (I thought I had one already from a previous injury). I've found it rare to have someone explain medical costs upfront and unprompted and I really really appreciate and value this. Thank you!"

"I needed a late appointment for my MRI due to a busy schedule. I was delighted that Excelsior was able to accommodate me. (8:15 pm!) Medina at reception was very nice, professional and welcoming. Morgan, the MRI tech was thorough, explained things clearly and made the entire experience pleasant. Kudos to this professional establishment!"
