"My actual name is Sarah btw. I was in the ER due to dehydration as a side effect from medication. Not only did they NOT CARE, but there was no follow up and Dr. Quijada or her nurse practitioner won't evern speak to me without an appointment. I was told by the staff that the doctor wouldn't even be able to see me until several months later! I HAD AN EMERGENCY AND THEY WON'T EVEN TALK TO ME! DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!"

"The orchard park location on Eggert with Donna. Where do I begin… this place is a joke. Was there 2 weeks ago with my significant other. They are very unprofessional, non empathetic, violate HIPPA laws by leaving out patient records in the “patient room” (which was really the smallest, most unorganized thing I’ve ever seen) that I have photos and video recording of. The place smells like mold/mildew and I heard the nurse who sits at the front desk on the phone with someone saying the basement was flooded. Donna Jaworski, the PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT, has NO business running this practice. She needs to be stripped of her medical license and never work in this field ever again. You can tell that she is only there for a paycheck and does not care for her patients. She with held life saving medication from my significant other simply because he did not go in for a physical. All she kept saying over the phone and in person was “oh my gosh, really?” followed by NOTHING OF SUBSTANCE. I have a video recording of her in the room with my significant other sounding extremely un empathetic, condescending and lacking education. I literally asked her what we came there for if all she said was the same thing over the phone (which was nothing) and she shrugged her shoulders. Aside from the awful PA, the facility itself is a run down, dilapidated, dirty, dingy, mildew smelling trash can. If you call the practice itself, all you get is Indian people who have the most heavy, harsh accents that you can’t even make out one sentence. You get absolutely no where on the phone with them! All they want is your money. They do not care about your well being. I wish I could post my photos and videos here but I will be taking that matter up elsewhere, the legal way. Take my warning and DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! TELL YOUR LOVED ONES TO FIND A NEW PRACTICE!!!"

"Absolute joke of a practice. These doctors will completely ignore your symptoms and accuse you of being the problem and accuse you of lying to them. More importantly, they have zero medical knowledge and half the time I was actually teaching them. I promise you will find better treatment at any different practice in buffalo where doctors are actually competent - avoid this place."

"Doctor was empathetic and made me feel cared for , but apparently he forgot to send my medications to the pharmacy. I called 5 times to get my medications sent over to the pharmacy , what shocked me is those Indians answering the phone with heavy accents that nobody would understand what they’re saying and found out it was a call Center somewhere in India , no matter how many times they promised me to deliver my message to the doctor to send my medication over to the pharmacy , they never did , I went to Rite Aid to pick up 2 times and called the call Center twice while I was there with no progress. It was bad experience for me dealing with this place at my first visit , I will never go back or recommend someone to do so, it’s been 3 days since I visited this place ; yet I haven’t received my medications and I am diabetic with type 2. miserable Impression from the first visit."

"Upon arrival of my scheduled annual wellness visit with Rudolf Bucci (Orchard Park location), I was told the provider could not see me because he did not have time - he said he had appointments scheduled every half hour and did not have time to complete a physical exam. The office manager later provided a completely different reason for not being able to see me - she said there was an insurance issue but they had my insurance info beforehand and did not communicate any issues to me prior to the cancellation. This practice lacks professionalism and respect for patients. I am not planning to return and would definitely not recommend them. I wish I had read the other critiques for this practice prior to scheduling my appointment. I would have saved some time and frustration."
