"I gave one star only because I needed to choose something so I could write this review. I have met with a Dr only once and the PA twice since. The professional staff seem competent and it feels like they really want to help, however, the support staff at the Orchard Park Office mainly the front desk (the women with blondish/blonde hair with a ponytail) is downright NASTY. I would have called today but when you do your placed on hold for what seems like eternity so I chose to drive to the Office to simply ask a question and got attitude. As I questioned this unprofessional individual I had another women jump in the conversation when it was none of her business. Unfortunately this is the second unprofessional experience with these the same two women but chose to write this review after todays experience. I scheduled an appointment almost four weeks out because I was told that I needed to see the same PA and they REFUSED to schedule with someone else. I am looking for another back/spine specialist and I would recommend anyone reading this to do the same and save yourself the aggression that I and many others have experienced. To the reviewer who I assume will attempt to satisfy me by writing a rebuttal you are welcome to call me as you have all my information but I don’t anticipate it."
"The "desk" at Orchard Park is a nightmare. Slow, disorganized, and argumentative if you dare question. The availability for scheduling is atrocious. Upon having imaging done to identify the source of significant pain and discomfort, they insisted that I continue PT, but refused to share the results of my imaging with me until they could get me in with the NP. It didn't matter that I was coming in twice per week for PT. They were unwilling, and made me wait several weeks until they could squeeze me in up in Williamsville to see the same NP I had previously seen in Orchard Park. I've since removed myself as a patient, and have been calling them relentlessly to pay my final bill. However, despite SEVERAL attempts and multiple voicemails, I have been unable to get anyone to answer a phone or return my call. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find another source for your spine care. What a colossal frustration and waste of time."
"Suffered for pain over three years. Dr. Michael Cicchetti and his assistant Kristina are so good at what they do. very prompt! In before my scheduled time. Christine is wonderful! Had a few side effects that I could handle because the next day I had no pain in my shoulder. Went back for my other shoulder same experience! I will be returning in November for my hips. Just wish I knew about him three years ago."
"Extremely impressed with their professional staff and medical knowledge. I have been dealing with health issues spanning over 13 years. In the last three years my issues have become worse affecting my work and daily life. This past year I have treated with well over ten different specialist to try to find a diagnosis. I had recently done a lot of research of my own and attempted to advocate for myself for genetic testing but had received some pushback by some of my providers. I was referred to Dr. Michael Cicchetti to rule out possible neuropathy. During the first portion of my appointment I was assisted by Jared who was very thorough and took the time to gather all pertinent info related to my past and current symptoms. Once I was examined by Dr. Cinchetti he was also very thorough and took the time to explain his findings and how they tied into my past and current symptoms. He identified each affected area and thoroughly explained how and why my issues appeared to be a muscular skeletal issue (possible undiagnosed connective tissue disease) and not neuropathy. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide me with more medical advice and findings than many of the doctors that I’ve seen over the last year. Both Dr. Cinchetti and Jared gave me their full attention and never made me feel rushed. In just the hour they treated me, they gave me more helpful guidance and closer to a diagnosis than many of the doctors that I had seen in the past. They had experience treating another patient with similar issues as mine and agreed that genetic testing would be the best next step. Jared even took the time to locate a specialist that could finally help me get the right diagnosis and followed up hours later after my appointment. And lastly, Dr. Cinchetti’s medical recommendation will help me get the support I needed to obtain the right diagnosis. Both went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Buffalo Spine and Sports. I had been feeling frustrated and down after so much time with no answers. Yet after meeting with Dr. Cinchetti and Jared, I finally feel hopeful again."
"I am not one to leave reviews in general, but when something sticks with me months later I think it's relevant and may resonate and help others. I was seeing a physical therapist named Nadya for a brief period & felt horribly uncomfortable since my first meeting. Mind you, I had already met with the actual medical Doctor Who eased my mind & explained my lumbar disc issues and told me to start physical therapy to heal. Nadya greeted me & immedietly said "yikes" upon reading my report & I even questioned her on that as it was so unprofessional. Then she proceeded to tell me these terrible things going on with my back that were blatantly false. Only went back once after that because the energy was so uncomfortable. Very arrogant & unprofessional. I tried to bring this issue to someone's attention there, sadly it was ignored."
