"Dr. Montesanti was phenomenal! He was extremely personable from the minute he walked in the door! He made me feel so comfortable! He was thorough and explained everything! This doctor is truly amazing! The office staff as well were phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly! I am not the bet with eye drops and Sean was so patient with me! He was very nice as well! The scheduler Laura was extremely patient centered! She was so thorough! She walked me through everything explaining my upcoming procedure and all that needs to be done! My anxiety was ridden from this office as they were so pleasant to work with!"

"Gift to our community, that's what this office turned out to be! Busy place too. The intake person was a bit brisk (Not RUDE), but the doctor was GREAT and answered all my questions. Just a really lovely person and NOT my usual experience with doctors. And person who processed the end of my appt also was very thorough and kind. Even the new prescription was picked up at the end of the waiting room was just lovely and answered my questions about getting glasses even though I didn't choose to buy them there. Give yourself the gift of this place and DO NOT WAIT -------- the glasses place specified the problem over FIVE YRS AGO and I've put it off due to fear and being overwhelmed, today finding out IT WAS NO ISSUE for me to deal with other than with drops. I HATE I waited so long. DO NOT WAIT, if you're reading this. Just go."

"I was so grateful they could get me in immediately when I had scary symptoms with one eye. Dr. Montesanti was very thorough with his examination and explained everything to me. I was fortunate it was nothing requiring surgery and now I know I can call ECVA any time 24/7. We usually go to the ECVA Williamsville office (Dr. Hammersmith) but they got me in at Niagara Falls where a doctor was on duty. I highly recommend both offices for great doctors and staff!"

"Love Dr. Montesanti but his office staff can be rude and they always overbook. My appointment time was for 7:45 but I didn’t get back to a room until about 8:30 to see the doctor. They dilated my eyes around 8 (and others) then put us back in the waiting room where it’s bright. It was fine at first but after awhile it’s too bright. Besides that they have my medications all wrong after going through them with the girl that took me back. It’s always a fight to get them to schedule me every 6 months for a eye check due to a medical issue which is required by another doctor. They insist it’s only once a year. I’m probably leaving this practice. They are disorganized, seem to try to rush the patients through without having a room for them, and don’t listen to what you are telling them. Again love the doctor but it’s time to find someone else."

"I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15pm and within 20 minutes thereafter, I was ushered to the back and into an exam room. The tech I had was polite and engaging as she went through the eye exam. Soon after, I was taken to another room where Dr. Montesanti would give the eye exam. Within a couple of minutes the Doctor arrived with a friendly greeting and promptly conducted the exam. The staff is friendly and courteous and I would recommend ECVA for your eye care needs."
