"I had my kids in a year ago the dentist was supposed to give referral for oral surgeon and orthodontist and I am still waiting for the last 6 months I have left messages sat on hold for hours on end with no one answering my calls or even calls me back this place is always understaffed and never has a dentist in the building for appointments you always have to wait for a call back after the dentist looks at the x-rays which I believe is absolutely horrible this is a pediatric dentist office and they are so mean to kids who don't cooperate with them I have said my piece to a far share of there staff for yelling and getting mean with my kids I strongly suggest you find a different dentist and ones who are looking for a dentist find someone else this place is absolutely terrible"

"My children had an appointment 2-11-21 and one of the dental assistant Terry was calling my daughter a boy. After my daughter corrected her saying she’s not a boy she still called her a boy she doesn’t even look like a boy and then on the appointment card wrote their last names / boys on it. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have been taking my kids there for years and never had a problem until now. I will definitely be keeping a close eye on Terry their next visit or refuse her service"

"The hygienists and dentist were great.... Their record keeping is down right scary at the buffalo ave, niagara falls, ny location. They added a random number as a contact number. This number recieved calls concerning my childs care and appointments. They also connected old addresses and information with my account after specifically being asked not too..."

"I have been taking my son here for about 10 years and the staff is amazing. He can get a little over-excited/anxious at times and they are always so patient and kind. I've never had any issues with appointments, and he usually gets in with very little wait time."
