"If I could go zero I would. Beside the lady going on and on about it could be this or that. How about you just grant my kid the MRI we already have two x rays that were conclusive before you start him physical therapy cause that would just probably annoy the area even more. I even said that. And your phone systems is god awful how many times you have the answering service tell me " oh I don't know why their not picking up, they should be open at 10 am,". I don't even know how this business stays in business."

"Well I never thought I would do this but I feel people should know. So over a year ago I have been needing a knee replacement. The dr told me to lose weight which is fine. He asked me to lose 50 Lbs. I have lost 42 lbs as of right now. I just got a call from them telling me they are canceling my appointment in November. Because the PA thinks I am still at the weight I was & they refuse to help me. After waiting since May for a surgeon to finally get there. So here is my advice to anyone over 35% BMI do not go here they will jerk you around & not care how much pain you are in. All they care about is your BMI. Do not go here if you are looking for professionalism this is not the place ."

"Mad a appointment back in July of 2023 for some time in spetember 24 they called on 9/15 to cancel by email no call called to reschedule and was told I had to wait to December..I will be finding a different doctor"

"The check in process at the Summit Healthplex is fine but my issue is with a person in the laboratory. I’ve been there the last couple of years & get the same unfriendly uncaring service each & every time. No greeting of any kind, no words at all other than calling my 1st name. Every time I go there I get the feeling this person hates her job. A “good morning” goes a long way. Having to have blood work done is a very nerve wracking experience for many people. Just being friendly would help. I remember a technician that worked there for years who was friendly, soothing & perfect for her job. She retired a long time ago but that’s the type of service everyone would like."
