"They were vary nice , organized and right on top of everything !! From the time I sign in and was seen the hole thing took no longer then a hour. The tech who I believe her name was Gonzalez, she was excellent at her part of my treatment, I didn't even feel the shot she gave me!! I will always use this Wellnow site if I ever need medical attention again!!!! Thank yous all for your service."

"So I went to have a DOT physical done. The paper work was not properly filled out right. I went to go get a copy of actual physical documentation in system and even that was filled out incorrectly. This is unacceptable if you do not have staff trained to perform and fill out paperwork accurately and to completion why offer the service. And save it for the well known excuse we are understaffed. Bs when I went there were two other patients. Educate staff to fill out federal documents properly. Really this will be my third time back there to get this done correctly. The staff will not respond to he employer when they request the forms to be filled out correctly. This site should not be allowed to perform dot physicals. Utterly disappointing"

"This is probably the best experience I've ever had at an Urgent Care facility. Nobody likes to go to urgent care, but from the moment I walked into the moment I left, I was treated with respect and professionalism. My test results came back promptly and I was out of there in under 2 hours. Keep in mind I arrived right at 8am. Obviously, if you arrive later in a day, the wait time would probably be a little bit longer. Thank you to all the staff."

This place is absolutely amazing the service was kind, I was told a 3 hour wait I was out of there in less than 2 hours. I know that probably isn’t always guaranteed so don’t bank on it, but over all this Urgent Care is a PHENOMENAL place with amazing staff!"
