"I had a wonderful experience today at the Eye Care Center in Rome NY. I was met and quickly checked in by the front desk. The young woman was friendly and very polite. I was whisked into the back by a very professional technician who explained everything they would do for me today. She was extremely informative and like the person who checked me in, very polite and professional. I then met my Doctor who explained what she planned for our visit and put me at ease with her professional demeanor and insightful questions. I was quite impressed by everyone I met with and highly recommend The Eye Care Center of Rome."
"Quite busy when I arrived. My wait was a bit lengthy, about 20 to 30 minutes with 7 to 8 other people waiting. When each person was called they were greeted apologetically pleasant. I had two tests done and was on my way home in a reasonable time. My biggest problem was locating a parking spot. Over all I'm quite pleased with my visit."
