"I've been going to Rite Aid stores for years. Two of the stores that I shopped at closed or were taken over by Walgreens. When the Rite Aid store that I shopped at was replaced by Walgreens, the Walgreens pharmacy did not seem to have my medications in stock, so my wife and I started going to the last remaining Rite Aid store in Rome, NY. The store is always neat and clean, and the staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I have heard that Rite Aid is planning to close more of its locations in the United States, and I dread what we will do if the Rite Aid store in Rome were to close."

I booked an appointment online through their website and filled in all my information online along with my insurance. It made the process seamless, the pharmacist came out, took me in, got the vaccines I needed and left. Super easy. If you need to get any kind of vaccine they offer, would highly recommend this place and definitely recommend using their website to book ahead and provide all your details and insurance to make the whole process seamless and fast."

"Don't be in a hurry for your new prescription. On 2 different occasions scripts sent in around 3pm and they were not filled till late next morning. Staff uncaring hide behind short staffed & over worked."

"Absolutely terrible. My family and I been going here for a long time and the past few months has been the worst experience. My drs have sent over scripts MULTIPLE times and the pharmacy claims to “never have gotten them.” My one monthly medication is NEVER filled on time or they claim to not have a refill when such medication has refills for the next year. The customer service is terrible and they’re all miserable. Switching to another pharmacy asap:)"
