"The receptionist is very argumentative and does not help with any scheduling health concerns and has put my health in jeopardy… they lied on a report saying I missed several appointments and refused to get lab work done which was not true and falsified characteristics of patient visits and character I have withdrew my support I offered from this practice from the end of conversation I had with on edge receptionist!!"

"Dr. Butala is only as good as her office - and it is terrible. The receptionist is rude, confrontational, unprofessional and as much as accused me of lying. The staff/doctor do not follow up on tests results. Do not go here."

"Dr. Butala is a great doctor. She listens well and tries to work with you to come up with a solution. The office always answers when you call and gives you a call back if needed. It's rare that I have to wait more than a half an hour to see her when I have an appointment. She also does Women's Health so you can get your yearly during your normal Wellness checkup as well. I highly recommend her. And although she has a strong accent she speaks fluent English and is not hard to understand."
