"Brought our daughter her for first appointment, this was our second attempt to be seen as our first appointment was also canceled. We were told that our Dr was with someone in crisis, which we understood. We knew our appointment would run behind and accepted that. Almost 30 mins after our appointment time we were asked to reschedule again. When I brought up that we were therefor our minors mental health and we were continually rescheduled, the front desk slammed her window on us and turned around.. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. She shouldn't be the front desk of a mental health clinic."

"Very kind, understanding and accommodating staff. Very easy to form a trusting and friendly yet professional bond with the peer advocates and the therapists. Clean, welcoming, and soothing environment. I would recommend to anyone seeking phycological assistance, or just needs someone to confide in. Personally I'm struggling financially and the staff have gone out of their way to give me snacks, and help me pursue education which I'm very grateful for. The staff truly care, trust me this is more then just a paycheck."

"one star review because the building and rooms looked nice. I was there for an appointment from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. I sat in the waiting room on my phone I was wondering what is taking so long, it was 2:30 I go to the front desk to reaffirm my time of appointment. From a patient stand point it did not look very busy. She stated at 2:00 but the provider was running behind. I found it very disheartening that I had to physically go up to the front desk to find out. The lady looked very nonchalant about it. About 2:30 is close to 2:40 I get pulled back. Two ladies are in the room and they are trying to figure out a program on the computer. So I am just sitting there waiting. About 2:44 I left with out being seen I was so livid I couldn't talk about the reason why I was there in the first place. I did not reschedule and will not reschedule. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. I work on Fort Drum Behavioral Health as a Medical Support Assistant. We see hundreds of soldiers per week and we are working on a big shortage of staff. We try to make time to let the soldiers know the providers are running behind. We have posters up stating if the provider is more than 15 minutes behind please see the front desk. Especially when they are scheduled appointments. I'm just glad I was not in immediate crisis because this would of put someone over the edge in that type of situation. This was my first time here. First impressions are lasting impressions it starts with the front desk."
