"The staff is great to meet with in person but calling the office is a major headache. You usually need to wait 5-10 min for someone to answer your call. It’s really appalling. We used to live out of state and this was never the case at other pediatric offices we went to."

"The best. The receptionists are friendly. Sangita is So so kind. They are very lucky to have her. Dr Katlic is hands down the best doctor we could ask for though all the doctors here are great. Every time it’s fast to be seen and he remembers actual information about you— you aren’t just a chart number. Worth the 25 min drive any day. The nurses and Laurie NP are phenomenal. They will help with everything— one winter a nurse helped carry my car seat to the car as I had a clingy toddler and a newborn to deal with. We really feel so blessed."
