"Came here after work to get checked out for some odd breathing and things I was experiencing. I dealt with Nadia Abdallah the PA, she was extremely professional and very thorough. She made me feel very comfortable even though I was freaking out thinking there was something wrong with me. (Regardless of the fact that I was probably one of the last patients she had seen after a very long shift). The whole staff that I dealt with from the woman at the front desk to the woman that took chest X rays were all very nice as well. The woman in the front even let me borrow her phone charger. "Check in staff was very rude and unprofessional. Heard 2 of them whispering about me as I sat in the waiting room. Nurse and provider were lovely, but bad first impression from the front end. Suggestion- don’t talk about patients when they’re still in the room. It looks bad."

"My boyfriend went in today, NYE, around 3pm and was told it would be 1-1.5 hrs. That was expected so he waited. 3 hours later he decided to leave as there were STILL people ahead of him. Also, I went in on a Sunday in November for a UTI. I waited over 2 hours before getting called back and seeing a nurse. I then waited another 35-40 minutes for the doctor. I got irritated at one point so I went out and asked when I would be seen, and the healthcare staff was legit chilling. I was kind of appalled and those wait times are INSANE for no reason…we will not be returning to this place."

"Left after 2 hours of waiting to be seen. Arrived at 3:15 on a Wednesday I know waits are long here but there were only around 3 other people so I thought it would be ok. Hate to let the secret out but recommend Urgent Care Now on Barrett in Webster. You’ll be home hour+ before even seen at UR."

"I went to this urgent care yesterday 9/10/23. And presented with large swollen tonsils and white pus and webbing. They quickly swabbed me, said it wasn't strep and sent me on my way. They said it was a side effect of the covid I had. Today I went to Urgent Care Now down the street and the doctor actually looked at me and was horrified that I had a huge abscess on one of my tonsils. She immediately prescribed me antibiotics. Update- 9/14/23- after 2 days of the antibiotics, my tonsils were so far gone I went to the Rochester General ER and was admitted overnight for several Tonsillitis. This could have been caught sooner."
