"Drive over an hour to get here as this is the only open to the public walk in supply house in the region. Arrived a solid 15 min before closing according to the google listed hours and at the same time I always arrive when I patronize this business. DARK AND DOORS LOCKED. Not even a handwritten SIGN on the doors to apologize or call for service (as their usually is around this time of no one is available at the counter). Phone not working doesn’t even ring. I had two other people try from more urban service areas as well thinking it may be my service as I’m in the parking lot in the mountains of Voorheesville literally in the middle of nowhere New York. Alone. But alas their phone is not working at all. After several attempts to call in hopes of someone opening the store as I am well within working hours, I guess I’ll drive the hour home now with no supplies and no way to do my job tomorrow as what I needed is essential and they had wasted both directions worth of gas and two hours of my valuable time. FOUL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Closing early when you are an essential business in this area to all working tattoo artists and the ONLY place to go for supplies to work is just WRONG. I guess after I drive another hour home I will go online and try and overnight supplies from technical tattoo supply since this company obviously isn’t interested in my money. Or anyone else’s. Be open when you say you are. SIMPLE. Not spending a dime here ever again in person or online. They have wasted enough of my time money. Shameful and truly Disappointed. I always try and support walk in businesses over online ones. Thanks for changing my mind."

"I once had a problem receiving a refund but the owner recently contacted me and said he would resolve the problem. I am presently awaiting the refund. Wish me luck . it's now 2/15/2018 and I've still not received my refund. I've called several times to no avail. The customer rep.is actually very nice but unfortunately that does not resolve the issue. For some unknown reason the owner of this company does not resolve issues."

"This is the worst tattoo company I have ever dealt with. The people at this place are very rude and it seems the only one that can do or answer any question is the owner who refuses to return your phone calls. Took almost a month to ever even get in touch with the owner and he was completely a jerk to deal with. Will never recommend this company to any fellow artist and will never use them again."
