"Don’t go here, for a letter Q tattoo my tattoo artist charged me $130, when a women at the register told me $80. & the tattoo artist did the tattoo perfect just missing 2 details I can get fixed somewhere else… especially if it’s your first time getting a tattoo. Rip offs.. outsiders telling me otherwise how I’m crazy for even paying that much & I can get it elsewhere for $40 - $80. I wouldn’t recommend."

"I just want to start off by saying I understand things happen but if you are a professional and you make a mistake you must own up to it! With that being said I went to get my forward helix pierced but it ended terribly!!! There was a mishap ( that was never explained to me what happened exactly) but my ear was bleeding nonstop. The piercer is also in the middle of training someone and tells the apprentice “this is what happens when you are in a bit of a rush”, he then proceeds to attempt to re-pierce my ear without any discussion about it and blames me for “moving” after he clearly stated he was rushing. In the end I will give two stars because the apprentice was very nice but the piercer needs to work on his people skills. At the end of the day you are a professional ; you can be fast and precise without f*cking up and blaming the customer."

"Kay!! She is the manager there and her customer service is great! My cousin and I got there and it was about 15 minutes until closing. It’s Friday night and Kay told us if we give her a couple mins she would help us. Excited, indecisive nervous and what ever else comes with getting a piercing name it that was us! Kay was patient helpful and knowledge. She played music she took her time and she made us so comfortable! This is our new piercing home! That’s for sure!"
