"I just tried to call his office to schedule an EMG. General visits according to his chart our scheduled out to April of 23. So I tried to call you office about scheduling the EMG. I waited on app designed hold for a solid 10 minutes, someone picked up and asked me to hold. When someone finally picked up again it was a general operator who told me I needed to call 429-2561. I advised her that was the number I just called, and she said impossible. Wth? I used to be a patient of his. It never used to be this bad. Can't get a hold of him on the MyChart app designed to communicate with the offices. It's impossible to get through to his office. Horrible services."
"This place is a mess. Dr. Midani dismissed my symptoms of being overdosed on one of my medications for starters. Then twice the office consistently called me about getting blood work done, but when I got to the lab on both occasions, the lab never even received the order so I couldn’t get the blood work done. And when I tried to leave to go to a new doctor because I was not satisfied, they told me I’m not allowed to unless Dr. Midani retires, which is illegal. I am allowed to change doctors whenever I want for whatever reason! So ridiculous."
"Terrible experience, do not see this doctor. Dismissed my pain, offered no diagnosis or treatment options. Missed opportunity for further testing based on cancer history and cost me valuable months that I could have spent addressing what turned out to be bone cancer. Terrible doctor."

Receptionist checked on all necessary documents needed for office visit , Nurse genuine, Doctor SKILLED AND RESPECTFUL, ...we left with Dr Midani’s office notes in hand!! highlighted scripts for follow up, completely thorough and received office notes in email later same day!! Condition diagnosed and on to healing. THANK YOU"
