"Tooth Cleaning service sucks, one and a half year ago I got cleaning done by a woman she scraped some gum skin off. Today I return from a cleaning with a new lady I never had before, she made my gums bleed. She was roughly flossing my teeth she left “bruise” marks on my gums. She was polishing my teeth with fluoride WAY TOO close to my gum line. The unbelievable audacity this woman has to leave dental floss in my teeth. I still feel pain even 10 hours later. I shouldn’t have to deal with this type of pain as a MINOR. Have they decreased the wage or something, or have y’all really lost the plot that you now ruin people’s oral health just to make more big buck so that clients will visit more often? Let’s also talk about the fact… I’ve never had the same dental hygienist twice? What’s up with that? Forget about dental hygienist… I haven’t had the same dentist twice in my 8 years visiting at this office. Are you guys really hiring newbies and people who have no certifications or degrees? Are y’all just hiring anyone nowadays? Does the American Dental Association mean nothing to you? Does the American Dental Association strive for scraping the skin off peoples teeth? This makes your office look very bad. Where has the human decency gone? Doesn’t take a genius to know these people have no real experience."

"This place has the worst customer service every. Michael is not Professional and he was yelling at me and my minor daughter for no reason but they made a mistake and I was trying to explain it to him, the Customer service desk is insane and they are making a team against the patient. the doctors are ok but the front desk are not."

"I have had nothing but polite, professional service since I’ve been coming here. They call a day ahead to confirm which is great for forgetful people like me. Dr. Reynolds and his team are helping me get back on track with my dental hygiene. After 10 years of avoiding a dentist out of anxiety and fear of pain I can say this place has change my mind and is exceptional when it comes to patient comfort. I highly recommend them."

"In this clinic, I took an X-ray and said it would be submitted to my insurance company. I waited for a month, but I didn’t submit it. I couldn’t get through the phone call. After calling for a long time, I got through and said that I would submit it immediately. Let me wait another week. Wait. I called the insurance company for a week, but I still haven't submitted it, and I can't get through the phone. The key is that I have been in pain and I haven't been treated. If you don't want to treat me, please tell me. I will find another company. Don't drag me like this, really. I hate this, it's so irresponsible!"

"This place will not value your time and we deserve better. I had a 30 minute appointment that had been scheduled for approximately one month. Due to it not being confirmed the day prior it was canceled. A woman at the front desk explained this was due to policy. I requested to see that policy, which documented "Any appointment that is approved and booked more than an hour MUST be confirmed the day prior to avoid it being deleted off our schedule to accompany another patient." It is important to note, any appointment, "more than an hour," should be confirmed, not a 30 minute appointment. The doctor refused to meet with me, even though her employees unjustly canceled my appointment, which I had to miss work for. Horrible experience."
