"WARNING: This place is a scam, and is defrauding the federal government as well as health insurance companies. The way they operate is by having bogus "Covid test tents" in low-income communities like Washington Heights, either charge you a high price, or submit bogus claims to your health insurance, some times they'll claim your insurance didn't clear and you owe them a ridiculous amount. Last time they sent me a snarky letter for $420 dollars, to be paid by check. Eventually they sent me to a collections agency that then was trying to collect $100 from me. Please take care and avoid this scam. (It has already been reported to the consumer protection agency)"

"One year ago I went to this lab for a rapid PCR I needed for a flight. They advised my insurance wouldn’t cover and made me pay $250!! I paid and now I’m getting a surprise collection letter A YEAR LATER with NO PRIOR BILLS or contact. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM LAB"

"This lab tried to scam me and commit insurance fraud after denying me a Covid PCR test. First the receptionist (who took the orders of the manager named Rita) said I need to pay $100 for the PCR test even though their website stated that it was completely paid for with Medicaid. When I addressed my concern they then switched up their excuse and said I need a script to get tested even though I never needed one before and I’ve been here multiple times. Please beware and report this lab if they try to take money from you even though it’s covered by insurance!!!"
