"I had a confirmed appointment for 12/15/23 @2:30pm. I arrived at 2:07pm and was told by the security desk that this location was closed for the day. Unbelieving, I went down to the basement , where they are located. All the lights were off and everyone was gone. Went back to the security desk and was told that they had just left because the technician didn’t show up. I received an email at 2:48pm telling me to reschedule my appointment. This is a medical facility, operating like it’s a little corner store. People go there to get answers to important questions that might affect the rest of their lives. If this is the best you can do, you do not need to be in this business. I had to give one star when you deserve 0 stars. If you were not located in a predominantly minority neighborhood, would you only be offering bottom of the barrel service."
"Today's experience wasn't a pleasant one. Arrived at the site at 8:00 a.m. for the opening. Registered with the receptionist, sitting there waiting to be called. Half an hour later the receptionist informed the guest that the technician would be late and wouldn't be there until 10:00am. Another 35 or 40 minutes went by and the receptionist informed us that the technician would not be there until after 12:00 p.m. . I had no choice but to wait because I had a schedule doctor's appointment the following day. Waiting 4 hours for an x-ray is completely unacceptable."
"The ladies here were very Pleasant and professional. They explained the wait time and gave the option to stay or not which to me was great because most places just leave you waiting. It's was inviting and friendly and didn't feel rushed. It can be intimidating visiting a new place but they definitely know what they are doing here. It was a simple visit but it left an impression!"
"I will simply say that this was the worst appointment I’ve had in years .. from the moment I walked in . . Front desk was rude because they scheduled my appointment before the clinic actually opened. I was sent to the wrong floor which was the 3rd floor . Upon arriving to the 3rd floor I asked the receptionist ( older black woman !short hair ) a question about where to go . she was extremely rude, sent me to the LL .. let’s just say the entire staff besides the LL receptionist are rude !! The way I was treated is not the way you treat patients or any human in general . I’ve had better service at McDonald’s.. asked my doctor to never refer me here again !!! YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER!!"
