"I got in and out within 30 minutes. The person who drew my blood was amazing and the waiting area was clean. Would go to this Quest again if I needed more blood drawn."

"I went in today (after the new upgrades) and it looks pretty nice on the inside. I was a walk-in, and waited about 40 min before getting in, not too bad for a Friday. Clayton was the awesome guy that drew my blood. He is a wizard with a needed (felt nothing), and was very sweet and helpful to the older folks in the waiting room struggling with the new automated checkin system. They really need someone in the waiting room to help folks who are having issues, at least until the people can acclimate to this newer process, that's the main reason I couldn't give 5 stars. Everyone in the waiting room was easily 65+ and this is a challenging transition and there was no one to help (except when Clayton volunteered), but having the folks behind the door have to come out and help, is going to slow things down, resulting in longer wait times."

"Got in around 5:30am, no appointment. Was seen 5 minutes after checking in. Very friendly staff! Not sure what all the complaints are about. Just show up with a mask and you’re golden. Very painless blood drawing."

"I scheduled an appointment online. The soonest apt available was 3 weeks out. The first time I went, they took over an hour attempting to figure out what the doctors script was asking for(a urine screen) and the second time I went(just now) I had a 1pm appointment(left work to go) the person with blue hair was very rude and inconsiderate explaining that they close at 1:30 and stop doing urine screens at 12:30. None of this was explained online where I made my appointment almost a month ago. Waisted my time and I have to reschedule an appointment which I will assume be a month from now. Just not good business."
