"I would not recommend this practice after my recent experience with them. I was having to have additional test to rule out cancer and the radiologist office called my primary doctor at this practice to get verbal approval to go ahead and do a biopsy and this office would not approve it. They said they needed a report sent to them before they will approve it and I can’t make an appointment to go back to do a biopsy until that is done. I called them after leaving my appointment and was transferred to Debbie who was short, matter of fact and didn’t care at all that she was making a difficult situation even worse. I need a doctor’s office that will prioritize and expedite patient care when necessary and this office is not that unfortunately."

"The staff at Capital Family Medicine are phenomenal! I recently transferred in for primary care and found everything from checkin to evaluation and follow-up to work great. They’re quick to get you back, doctors will spend ample time to review concerns, be receptive to personal wishes and will follow-up to review results. I was also able to get a same day appointment. They are located adjacent to a Labcorp facility so it’s also super convenient for blood draws."

Dr Wagner and Dr. Drechsler saved my husband's life in 2018. In 2019, we moved 3 hours from their location and I still have all my physicals done with Dr Wagner because he knows me and my family better than any other doctor. Can't say enough good about this entire practice - all of the doctors, PAs, nurses and office staff are outstanding!"
