"My husband took the home oxygen test 3 wks ago. I call and leave a voice mail for nurses to call me back. Keep in mind I call early in the day and it's always close to 5 oclock before I get a return call. My husband's oxygen levels drop down in the low 80s and it also showed up on the test as such. I have expressed to both nurses how concerned I am that my husband need oxygen and still nothing from Dr Hall or Staci. I get it that it's been the holidays, but still it's been long enough that my husband should have received oxygen. When a person needs oxygen it's very serious health issue for the person that needs it. I still have not received a call from anyone letting me know anything."
"Dr. Hall and PA Stacey Roper are awesome! Both take the time to explain things in great detail. I have a lot of confidence in them."
"It took three months to get an appointment Dr. Hall is awesome, but you get one visit with him and then you are shuffled off to his nurse practitioner. I'm also waiting for test results to be posted. It's been several weeks. I've reached out several times via the patient portal requesting test results but have had zero response. Very disappointing."
"My wife is patient here with COPD and the doctors hide behind a fortress of phone trees and voicemail. I have never had anyone pick up the phone when I called. The portal is even more frustrating since if they send only one email a day it seems. Appointment requests are largely ignored. The treatment seems fine but after a while they shuffle you off to a nurse practitioner and you never get to see a doctor."
"We never got to see a Dr so they may be great but the staff was very hard to work with. First time I called it rang for 8 min so I left a message. I didn’t receive a call back for a couple days so I called again. The lady sounded annoyed immediately. I told her I needed to make an appt for my husband who’s PCP sent over a referral. She told me they didn’t have it and when they receive it they’ll call my husband. I had his PCP resend it. After waiting for 6 days and not receiving a call from them, I called to make his appt. Again the lady sounded annoyed and said the first available appt was for 3 months out. Granted, that’s fine if the Dr is in that high of a demand but when I called a different Drs office they gave me the option of choosing a different Dr that could see my husband sooner. There was no trying to work with me to help my husband be seen, in fact, the whole process was very difficult. I canceled my husbands appt by calling and leaving a message because they wouldn’t pick up again."
