"Kenny showed up on time to do the repair work on my two toilets. I just wanted you to know that Kenny did an outstanding job. Kenny was professional, engaging, efficient and informative. Not only that but he showed real respect for my situation. When I let him know that I would be keeping my distance and wearing a mask, he showed no displeasure. Add to that, he came into my home wearing a mask (which I did not request); and he wore his mask anytime he was in my home. So Kenny fixed the running toilet, starting working on the leaking toilet but let me know he could replace that one TODAY. So now I have two working toilets! Outstanding!"
