"Hit something today just after 2pm near Rock Quarry in Raleigh before getting on I40. Heard a pop but wasn't sure if it was just a rock so kept going. Before I got to the third exit my tire was almost completely flat, to the point where I could feel it bumping and pulling as I drove. Pulled off at exit 267 Lake Wheeler Rd and called AAA. Call took about 20 minutes. AAA membership expired at the end of January but they arranged the tow no problem. Member since 2011. Tiewon was there in less than 20 minutes, took me to a tire shop 1.2 miles away, Murray's. These guys are champions. Got there at 3:14PM. Being at 50K miles with original tires it was a good time to get a new set. I was on the road with 4 new tires for under $550 turnkey by 4:42pm. I went ahead and put some of those savings toward my AAA membership fee. Under an hour and a half in and out at a price that can't be beat and without an appointment. The bottle of water and a decent cup of coffee was a nice compliment. Everyone was also super friendly, from management to employees to customers. Ended up pulling in the driveway at home by 5:15pm. Solid way to end the week. Murray's made it all possible."

I was out of state and from the first moment I talked to Candace on the phone, she went above and beyond to schedule an appointment for me when I was going to be able to be in town. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast. Everyone was so kind to us from the mechanics to Mr. Gary (who gave us tshirts that we will wear with honor!!) to the front desk. "Despite being insanely busy, the employees and owner were extremely friendly and acommodating. They offered water and coffee while I waited and had me in and out extremely fast! I've had my share of bad experiences at auto shops and this experience made up for all of them. Highly recommend and will be using them for all my tire and auto maintenance!"
