"Extremely overpriced proportionate to time of labor and cost of parts, and more importantly my car broke down very soon after these people “worked” on my car and the next place I brought it to was taken aback at the incompetence of the employees who worked on it at carfix. There were a lot of missing bolts in my new exhaust and gas tank, parts that should have been replaced were not and many bolts were simply not put back after they did the work. They also installed a damaged muffler among a laundry list of other issues. Terrible service and a terrible price! DO NOT GO HERE!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!! I took a 4 yr old vehicle here for a Caremax warranty repair because they could fit me in before Carmax could. While the diagnostics were done, I was offered a loaner vehicle. The loaner vehicle provided had expired registration, meaning not only should the vehicle not be on the road legally, it wasn’t safe at all to even drive. After speaking with Ivan at the shop, he decided to give me the designated loaner at the shop, that HE HAD BEEN USING. After diagnostics, I was quoted 1800 over what my deductible should be. I decided not to move forward with the service after being given a bad loaner car because Ivan was using the shop’s loaner car and the predatory pricing. I had to pay $418.55 just for the shop to put my vehicle back together. Almost 2 weeks after leaving the shop, Ivan called to follow up on my service experience and stated the excuse that he was out of the office moving. I explained I had to pay $418.55 just to get my vehicle back which then he stated I shouldn’t have been charged this fee. Stay away from this shop and choose to go to a shop that won’t waste your time and money."

Anthony and Ivan were so helpful and patient as they walked me through my service report and answered all of my questions. I’ll be back for any future maintenance! Overall, great experience."

"White Wall is one of the best repair shops in Raleigh. Been here longer before I was born! Jimmy is an amazing owner, who is very courteous and honest. He’s a straight shooter and would let you know how it is. Roger who also works there is a real professional who knows exactly what he’s doing. They provide quick, professional and efficient service without compromising on quality. Their work speaks for itself and their time here can attest to that. They are a little on the higher price side but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend!"
