"Just picked up my wife's IPhone 13 pro max that the screen was cracked on the front screen left side. It wasn't terrible but she couldn't use the phone because of it. Well I picked it up and it was handed to me face side up and I checked and it was working. I got down the road and noticed because I placed it face down that there was a crack on the bottom side on the opposite side and nothing was told to me about it. I called and explained to then that there was no cracks on the back at all. Even looked it over with the fellow I dropped it off with Friday because my personal phone is cracked and it wouldn't be covered under warranty because the back was cracked on mine. So that's when we looked at hers. There was no cracks because they want fix it if there was. I was told that they didn't have any notes where someone there dropped it. Basically got the run around. This is a issue because now if it cracks we can't get it fixed under warranty. Calling to see what we can do about it."

"They did a good job. However, they texted me when my phone was ready but they had my phone. I received me phone back with no juice/power. In order to know my phone was fixed, it needs power. I would recommend that they charge your phone a bit before returning to you. Otherwise, good job!"
