"I and my son have seen Dr. Reguyal for years. If we have an issue we get seen same day or next day. She listens and addresses concerns and once got me an appointment same day with a specialist. The nurses are great and return calls as soon as possible, usually same day. Highly recommend."

"Horrible experiences here. Can’t get an appointment even if my primary care Dr. is on vacation, they wouldn’t make one with another Dr. Look elsewhere. Update: I now notice after I posted the above review I was contacted by the office saying “please give them a call and discuss any issues”. Unfortunately they booted me out of the office because I tried to get a second opinion (or just ANY visit) and claimed I caused “office disruptions”. I even received a certified letter from the Dr. so indicating. I can’t believe I have to now waste my time over this. But I now feel I need to clarify. I don’t “disrupt”. I’m Professional, I’ve worked in the White House, the U.N., NOAA, & NASA i.e., mature. Really Pardee Fletcher? Covering your bases now eh?"

"My PCP Dr Tania Diaz is at this location and I highly recommend her! She is an excellent very caring DR, totally focused on your concerns, and will work to resolve any issues or problems that you may have! She will also stay in contact with you about any issues, by phone or msg on the UNC website including at times on the weekend. I feel very fortunate to have found her and don't understand the negative reviews."

"For anyone leaving anything negative about Dr. Reguyal please save it. I've known this beautiful and kind hearted woman for 18 yrs. She helped deliver my two sons and has been an outstanding doctor. Please take into consideration that she doesn't just see one patient and everyone at this place is very respectful, nice, and understanding of everyone and do their best. They have never failed to call me back nor has it been an inconvenience to get an appointment. If it's an emergency such as same day she will gladly approve you to be seen at an urgent care. If her days and hours do not fit your needs then find another doctor but please do not put her down or her practice because in the 18 years that I've known her she has always put her patients best interest at hand and done an outstanding job. I travel a very good distance just to have her as my doctor and if she wasn't a good doctor or this facility wasn't a good place I would not travel the distance. Dr. Reguyal is an Angel. And as long as they are accepting patients please make you an appointment because you won't regret it. Just ask the important questions first to make sure this is the right place for you."

"If you need a doctor, dont bother with this place! I moved here a year ago and chose Dr Reguyal as my primary Dr due to location. Upon calling for a sick appointment, they NEVER work you in same day and the Dr doesnt work Fridays. Now they have moved their office and you are directed to leave a voicemail if you need an appointment, they dont even answer the phone. Freaking JOKE!"
