"On New Year's Eve day, Saturday about 10:15 AM, I showed the dog scratch on my left hand to my friend I was staying with in Arden. She freaked out (it was swollen and red). She said, "You're going down the hill to Mission Health and that checked out!" I did. The lady who checked me in was SO NICE and it didn't take long at all. I waited for the three ahead of me. Saw Dominique who took my vitals and then Cameron. Both of them were professional and nice. I got a tetanus shot and some antibiotics and went about my day. If you have to go see a medical professional for something that's non-life-threatening, and you're close to that part of Asheville (south), don't hesitate to go there. Awesome. BTW, my hand started looking better that day."
"Long wait times, made me repeat private information verbally while in line. Information that I had already provided them over the phone when I scheduled my appointment. Waiting room was already an hour behind at 8am on a Tuesday. Only one employee working the front desk and phone while two others stood behind her doing nothing. This place needs management."
"While I understand everyone's dire urge to feel special I'm unsure when customer service went out the window. It may be poor communication on their behalf but when you stress the importance of having someone present for surgery maybe they should at some point say that you aren't allowed inside instead of being rude. Maybe put on one of the many signs decorting the building what the stance on the person you demanded be present, actually being present. Maybe fit that question in when your playing 20 questions before letting someone in. Either way snippy attitudes to customers is still unacceptable no matter what self righteous belief you hold."
"We were in and out pretty quick and the staff was some what nice."
