"The staff was incredible! We had the pleasure of working with Ken (PA), Donna (MA), Jeannie (X-rays), and Savannah & Natalie (Front Desk). All were super helpful. We arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They got us in right away, processed our son's insurance quickly, evaluated him, took 4 xrays, splinted his arm super well, gave us follow up instructions, and did all of this with great patience and attitudes even though our arrival put them into overtime to complete our patient care. It was definitely a blessing that they had an x-ray machine on site so that we did not have to make two stops. They gave great attention to my son and had him smiling and laughing through the entire process! I would definitely recommend this care facility and am very thankful for them!"

"This was our first visit to any walk-in health care facility in NC and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We were greeted immediately by Savannah & Natalie at the front desk and taken back to a room very quickly. The medical assistant, Donna, was very professional and caring, as was Jeannie who took the X-rays. Ken, the PA who treated my husband, was excellent and we left confident with his plan of care. Advent Health provides the best care we’ve ever experienced."
