"This review is to reflect our primary care experience with Dr. Lowery, his assistant and office staff at this practice. This is the first time I have ever quit a doctor/practice. My husband saw Dr. Lowery for a physical, soon after he moved from Mission to UNC Health (Pardee), and was charged over 500.00 for this annual physical visit. Our insurance company advised that this was due to how the doctor coded the visit and that he could easily correct this in his documentation. The billing department confirmed this. The front office staff advised that there had been multiple mistakes in documentation when our doctor moved to this new practice. After calls and messages for our doctor's assistant, another doctor's assistant when his assistant would not return our messages, and the office manager at this new practice, no one ever called us back with an explanation or support. If I could provide 0 stars, I would."

"I arrived on time using MapQuest directions. There was only about 5 minute wait to be taken to a room. Dr. Christina McDonald spent at least 45 minutes with me and addressed my many questions. The office staff and the nurse where very pleasant and joked around with me. I was very pleased with the whole facility."
