I was abe to start an insurance claim that same day. The replacement had issues with set-up and I returned to U Break It I Fix It and in no time my replacement phone was good to go! 100% recommended this location for any cell phone repair!"

"Brought my Pixel 5 there to replace a bloated battery. They said 2 hours to fix it for $130. After picking it up I discovered the thumbprint already wasn't working, took it back and they had it another 2 hours. This time picking it up they told me they broke the screen and would need 3 days to fix it. I told them to refund my money and forget about the repair. If I hadn't been on vacation with a flight the next day, I might have let them try to fix it a third time. But when you say a 2 hour fix, and then don't test the phone after the repair, you gotta wonder should you have just done the repair yourself. I would be worried about their unskilled technicians botching phone repairs there. Beware."

"They didn't have the things to fix my phone, but they didn't need them. Cause they spoke to Asurion, and they worked it out between the 2 parties that they would just give me a new phone. The guy that was at uBreakiFix working with me stayed on the phone with the Asurion representative and walked through the process, and made it easy on me. I had my new phone delivered the next day. Recommend place of business."
