"Why don't you call back, maybe they forgot" That's not how business is done, it takes 30 seconds to talk to the mechanic or put one on the phone. I'm sure they do fantastic work, but her laziness has deterred me away from this business. I do not follow up, went to a better shop that actually got back with me like they said they'd do. This is why only men should work at mechanic shops, take your barbie doll self back to Starbucks or Claire's. Don't respond with some smart because I'll come down there."
