"The Geek Squad staff were great. It was the national Geek Squad system that was terrible. Ethan helped me at the store and seemed very helpful. But once the computer arrived in Louisville for repair, that's where the trouble started. They called me and told me that my computer, which is only four months old, was not under warranty and I had to pay $200 to get it back. I was able to confirm through HP that it was under warranty and even after The Geek Squad agreed, they still said that they wanted me to call HP and have them send them a letter stating that the motherboard was included in the warranty! She went on to say that she "can't imagine why it wouldn't be included". Yet, she was requiring me to jump through those hoops, and this after sitting on the annoying phone tree waiting system for an hour. It was ridiculous. So, I told her to just send it back to me broken and I take it somewhere else instead."
