I was able to schedule a visit and they arrived within 3 hrs of my phone call. Very pleasant man inspected my furnace and found 2 problems right away. A part needed to be ordered. I was supposed to hear back about it. I did not get an email or phone call, so I called Mountain Air back the next day. They got right on it. New part installed the following day (2 days after our breakdown) and everything is working well now. I signed up for their Membership, which includes maintenance visits twice a year.
