When I called a week later, I was told that they couldn’t fix my screen because “the part that we need doesn’t exist” and I could pick up my laptop since they weren’t going to fix it. After about twenty minutes of research, I was able to order the exact same LCD screen (verified by part number and computer model), and replaced it myself in ten-ish minutes.
