"Great barbershop. I may not converse in spanish (I'm a New Yorker before I'm a Puerto Rican), but they don't let my lack of spanish speaking stop them from doing a great job. I love how I can go there and they know what kind of haircut I want. Despite only going there every 3-4 months, they welcome me and do a fantastic job. Plus, they get bonus points for not having haircuts be $25 like most barbershops."
