"What a nightmare. When I was referred here by my therapist, I was expecting help. I was referred directly to Dr Narron, not anybody else. Nobody else's name was said at any point during my signing up. When I arrived, I was told I'm seeing someone named Jason, who within the first 5 minutes of the appointment became judgemental and condescending. When I had my practitioner switched to Dr Narron, again, the person I was told I was going to see, it seemed fine for the first 3 weeks. Then I noticed that every appointment (I was seeing him WEEKLY) he had to spend 10-15 minutes of the 30 minute appointment looking at his notes to try and remember who I was. Every medicine he prescribed didn't help me, only gave me awful side effects, like rapid weight gain, rage episodes, and near total emotional death. He constantly forgot my therapist's name, which could cause issues with insurance. Lastly, he never seemed like he knew what was happening, as if he was high or just not mentally there."
"Dr. Narron has worked with my family member for years and has always been very helpful! My family member is not easy to work with but somehow they respond well to his straight-forward approach. He was so much more thorough in his initial assessment than the first provider we went to at another practice who did not take a full history and barely scratched the surface of the challenges we were facing. Dr. Narron took the time to get a full history and somehow he gets my family member to talk and answer questions when other mental healthcare providers cannot."
"Dr Narron has gone out his way to help with all my medical needs..I have worked with him for more than 10 years. Cannot imagine a better psychiatrist in this region. His staff has always been extremely helpful when he is not readily available..I give him very high marks .."
"I'm having a hard time believing this practice is not a front for something else, they have so thoroughly botched every interaction from beginning to end. I was referred by my counselor (who I've since informed of my experience and who won't be referring any longer) after several years discussing the possibility of starting medication for anxiety and depression. It took a lot to get to the point of reaching out for this help as I'm extremely weary of prescription drugs. I was told that Rebekah Macnair was the go-between I was looking for, someone who could help me to navigate the experience of fine-tuning the medicinal approach to getting my mental health sorted. Working with her was an instant disaster - she was short, self-absorbed and scolding during our Telehealth appointment (for which I waited several months to get). After an inquiry process for which she told me to "keep your answers short" she semi-diagnosed me as having ADHD and prescribed me an anti-depressant for anxiety. When I showed up at the pharmacy to pick it up, I learn it's a super expensive medicine that my high quality insurance did not cover. The best part - soon after send me a bill for $25k. YES, that's correct... TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I wrote emails to figure this out - first to her, then to anyone whose email I could find associated with the practice. I called for over a week only to be met, finally, with a rude receptionist who dismissed the bill, dismissed my new patient fee and then dismissed me. I then get an email that my next appointment has been cancelled. I wouldn't have seen her again but the lack of professionalism was stunning. THEN, weeks later, I get yet another bill from this office and it's clear they haven't even billed my insurance. I call again for her to tell me "you can ignore that bill" which, GREAT!, but that's a message should have been delivered WITH THE BILL, right? PLEASE do not trust these people with your mental health or anyone's that you love. The whole organization is a trashy mess, they are uncaring people ready to dole out drugs without a thought and their "service" is worse than the worst that I was afraid of."
"I just got off the phone with Dana who told me that my only choices for getting my medication was to talk to her of make an appointment with another provider who I would have to pay for because my provider did not have time to speak with me. When I spoke to my provider (Rebecca McNaire) she told me she kept appointment times open for issues like this. In getting my medication transitioned, Dana told me that I would have to go online to buy my medication, that the medications would be sent over to the pharmacy and be available for me to pick up, and that she had no idea what medications I was talking about. For anyone who needs medications I would not suggest this practice until a new office manager is hired because Dana obviously does not grasp the implications of patient impact on medications. This is a real shame, since my experience with Rebecca has been positive."
