"This is a home J. Hall build in 2017 in conjunction with Ken Kiser Homes on Oak Island. We just happen to be unlucky enough to purchase this home from Jimmy Hall and uncovered this mess! The entire first floor has rotted all the way down to floor joists which need replaced! We found many code violations. Beware if you use him and if you do, make sure you monitor his every move as you could end up down the road in our same situation!"
