"I only needed a safety inspection to get my vehicle registration renewed, but I would return in the future if my vehicle needed work. In the short time I waited in the office for my inspection to be completed, several customers came and went. All were clearly regular customers who were being treated like family. Even as a new customer, I was made to feel welcome."
"I chose this company through the reviews. It's apparent you cannot choose a company by their reviews (major mistakes). After the second and third day, I felt as though I was doing all the contacting to get an estimate to get the work done. I didn't get anywhere with them. I called the third day about 1:00 and was told by the woman in the office that she would check with the mechanic when he got back from his doctor's appointment, if he could get me an estimate together and see if he could do the work the following day. I never heard back from her, so I called back at 4:00 at which time the woman that answered the phone ( I guess was tired of me begging to have my work done) handed the phone to Mr Chris Matthews who abruptly told me to come and get my vehicle. The worst experience I've had in 55 years of dealing with auto repair shops. Three lost days of not having the use of my vehicle. Now I have to start over and find another repair shop. Don't call me dishonest. My review is correct to what happened and I'm sticking to it. You are the one who is not being honest and truthful. Why would you tell someone to bring a vehicle over to your shop on Tuesday knowing you had a full schedule and you couldn't work on it? If you had told me that, I wouldn't have brought it over. You're also trying to make it sound like you couldn't do the work because you didn't have the parts. Then why do I have an estimate (with parts) you sent the last minute when I was heading over to pick up my vehicle? You tell someone (come pick up your vehicle) to get their vehicle off your property knowing they are taking that vehicle on a highway with a major transmission leak. It could be a transmission failure while driving in traffic causing a major accident where someone could get injured or killed. That's a real caring business owner. You of all people should know better than to let someone take a vehicle out on the road like that. Have a great New Year"
"We scheduled an appointment for an alignment. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The service was completed while we waited, and within the hour they said it would take. They provided a printout that showed the alignment corrections needed as well as the readings when finished. Excellent service."
"I recently brought my BMW 440 into Chris Matthews which needed significant under bodywork things like a sub frame, control arms, etc. Everyone was very knowledgeable & professional thought the experience, furthermore very reasonably priced and went above and beyond to more then once to ensure/deliver the best quality and service with the best possible experience."
"Excellent. What a pleasant surprise to find efficient professionals who take their job seriously. I had no appointment but was able to get my car maintenance done quickly. The staff appear genuinely concerned about their customers and their needs. Comfortable, clean waiting area. Highly recommend."
