"Really wish I didn’t have to pick one star (I wanted to pick zero!) The place is fine for oil change and tire rotation but don’t go there for anything else especially if you have a foreign car. I have a six month saga that was “fixed” in August but is not. They will not offer a refund or replacing the “after market” parts with actual manufacturer parts. (For most foreign cars that is all you should use). So stay away for mechanical repairs !!!! They will force you back there even though you have lost all confidence in them."

"Brought my truck in for an alignment and was informed I needed lower ball joints(about to fall out) and upper control arms at a cost of $900 - $1000. They charged me $45 for an alignment check. Being suspicious, I took the truck to James E Brown Auto for an alignment and told him what Southport lube advised me of. 2 hours later picked up truck with an alignment and informed front end looked good and no issues with ball joints or upper control arms."

"Went by this morning early for an oil change and NC inspection. Read this sign on the door that said they no longer just do inspections. You have to buy something to get the inspection. To the right of this sign there was also a post it note that said, "Sorry No Inspections At This Time". Even though they were not open yet, employees were working. I saw one sitting in a bay. Without entering I inquired if they were doing inspections. He kinda' acted like I insulted him. He basically repeated the diatribe on the door notice. I said, "well the sign on the door says you are not doing inspections." He says, "no, that's not what it says". I said, " yes, it does." His reply was, "well take it like you want it". This is the same garage that said they could get my lug nuts off for a tire rotation last time I was there. They seem to want it both ways. They want you to purchase other services but then are unable to perform them. So I took my business else where. They don't have to be concerned about "donating" an inspection for me. If you don't want to offer inspections then don't."
