The associates personalities and poor customer service I thought was reason enough not to return there and now they've brought politics into their business. Any good business person would tell you that's NOT smart."

Their conclusion, replace two sensors. Done, great job. Back to my daily routine. Thanks Royal Coach for the stellar work."

"This place will try to scam you into unneeded work if they think they can. Front desk is also clueless. Took my car in for inspection and they tried to use a check engine light to bill me on $500 of work. Never even mentioned which work would get rid of the light and allow me to pass, if any. They weren't straight forward and I just didn't trust them. Paid them close to $200 for "diagnostics" and took my car elsewhere. They also tried changing the diagnostics price on me when picking the car up. Took my car to another shop and got the check engine light checked out/fixed then passed an inspection. They told me what work my car could use and what was actually necessary. Paid well under $100 and did some other work on my own with the help of the internet. Long story short is DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. Listen to the bad reviews and find somewhere else."

"Took ages to actually get my car fixed, only for it to come back with a damaged part, scratched paint, and a half arsed window job. They offered to fix it which is nice. When I finally got my car back after a month and a week, the window still doesn't roll up properly. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL COME BACK WITH MORE PROBLEMS."

"Having moved to NC 3 short months ago, I went to Royal Coach & Motor Works today to have my two vehicles Inspected and one's A/C repaired. An obvious sign that you are dealing with an honest proprietor is when they take the time to explain to you why you do not need to have any work done to your vehicles. The name of the very lovely lady I spoke with escapes me, but she could not have been any kinder, friendlier or professional. I knew the second I walk into the office and read the "We are not politically correct" sign on the wall, that I had found my new Auto Service Center for life. I will be back in the Spring for my A/C repair and again in August to have both my vehicles inspected. I highly recommend Royal Coach & Motor Works in Southport."
