"My wife wanted to go to the movies for her birthday. It's been at least 2 years. We went to this Paragon theater for the matinee. The one person working the counter was super friendly and very helpful. They're were no crowds and plenty of seating. We got the ultra luxury seats that recline and are located in the perfect spot. Overall very enjoyable experience. We will definitely come back to this theater."
"Absolutely love this movie theater. When it first opened, it was nice. All movies were only seven dollars. Now matinee is going to cost you probably around 13. Love the reclining seats with heat. absolutely love this movie theater. When it first opened, it was nice. All movies were only seven dollars. Now matinee is going to cost you probably around 13. Love the reclining seats with heat. I love the eat at your seat concept, but we don't seem to use it much here because it's very expensive. And if you want to have food, that's why the tickets are more money. Otherwise you have to sit on the sides of the theater for cheaper matinee, etc. I do recommend and the Fenton location is excellent."
"Neat theaters in a good location but what a joke with the seating. What are you supposed to pick from these options?! Premium adds a lot more to the price. Trying to milk more from customers. They won't last long with this kind of pricing."
"I visited Fenton on August 7th a weekday during lunch hours so not too busy. Our second visit to this theatre. The actual theatre seating was absolutely phenomenal …very comfortable and relaxing. My complaints are solely regarding the food. I don’t mind paying for good food however I feel like it’s just not up to par two times in a row. Buffalo chicken wrap was a sad little wrap with zero flavor. I tried to doctor it up but it was no use. Then ordered crispy Brussels, they were not cooked long enough so very tough on the inside with a rushed char on the outside layer…I tried to just eat some of it so it wouldn’t be a total waste of money but nothing is worse than chewing hard baby cabbage balls with zero flavor. The best part of the meal was the sprite I ordered, although I decided to leave the movie in order to avoid the whole phone QR code process because I was very thirsty and didn’t feel like waiting. Just a bit of constructive criticism from a few movie buffs who visit any given theatre on a weekly basis… if you’re not gonna do the dine in experience the right way (hire a great chef offer appetizing menu) just offer the standard popcorn and snacks. People won’t waste there money they will just pick one of the adjacent restaurants outside before watching the film. I will definitely be back I’ll just eat prior."
"Summary: Good, clean movie theater with poor food options. We saw Oppenheimer at the "extreme" theatre with the larger screen and sat in one of the lux seats. We wanted to check out Dolby Atmos sound and getting to try a new theater was a bonus. We paid about $40 for the privilege of sitting in the best seats and they were VERY nice! I have no complaints about that, but a cost-effective theater experience it is not. However, the first three rows and the seats on the side look very nice too and I don't think anyone would be disappointed with them. My only complaint is the quality of the in-theater food and service given the price. The food was a choice of a couple burgers, wrap, or chicken sandwich. The full menu of the adjoining restaurant is not available despite what the website suggests. There are cocktails that are priced above the food cost and plenty of other alcohol available. It was very disappointing to pay $3.50 for a warm 12 oz bottle of Harris Teeter water and $6.50 for a soda with no free water option. With no wait staff to take or correct orders, you'll have to exit the theater if something is wrong. Since food is ordered on your phone, you'll need to pull your phone out during the movie and go through the checkout process again if you want refills or a second round. In our experience, the Buffalo chicken wrap was tiny and served almost cold with barely any meat. The burger was a standard food service burger served with similar quality tater tots. I chose a side salad and was given a pile of shredded iceberg with a few carrots and tomatoes with no dressing. Again, there's no wait staff and I've already paid and tipped, so there's not an easy way to correct an order. My suggestion is to try Alamo if you want the dinner and a movie experience done right. However, if you eat nearby and just see a movie here, you'd probably have a great time at this theater."
