"The best IMAX experience I have had in a while. I try to see as many as I can there. The bar is a nice addition to any movie. They’ve got cocktails and beer and wine selections. The kitchen makes a few snacks worth trying if you’re there, I go for the pretzel sticks, loaded fries or mozzarella sticks. I recommend going early that way you have time to get concessions or drinks and still make your showtime. Lines can be long during peak times."

"Sound from other theaters bleed through the walls. Highly recommend waiting for Taylor Swift to be out of theaters before going to see any serious movie. I could hear her entire concert over Killers of the Flower Moon."

"Went to an IMAX movie here... Everything was as expected except the seats themselves are completely falling apart. In fact, when we got home we realized we had tiny bits of upholstery all over us. Very disconcerting. Don't see an IMAX in this theatre."

"Not a family movie theater! First you have to walk through the cloud(s) of pot smoke in the parking lot walking into that place and then back to car. I have not been to that location in at least 5 years and seems that this theater has some serious issues since my last visit. Ordered lemon aid from a guy in his early 20's with a triangle tattoo on his neck. I mentioned $10 for popcorn and he said that he would go get the manager, I said what good will that do, he doesn't make prices? So during that, the guy poured fruit punch instead and made sure that I watched him pour it down the drain. I ordered that for my daughter's friend and didn't even know they had fruit punch! He made such a big deal about it and tried to make me sound like I ordered the wrong thing. Not saying he was high, but his short-term memory had serious issues including concession costs. I was really cool about this until he decided to make sure I heard his very rude comments to a couple other coworkers. At this point I told him to go get the manager, I want to refund on everything including drinks and the movie. Manager did not seem phased at all by this. Just went through the motions to refund everything. Just got the money back for drinks and movie and will never come back here again. What a horrible experience., Had to go grab my daughter and her friend in the theater and you had to tell them that we're leaving. Some return here is the review of my experience in the fact that I will never come back to this overrated movie theater."

"The team knew about the AC FOR HALL13 at Regal Crossroad Cary, North Carolina is not working since 2-3 days and even then they kept viewers uninformed about this and when complained the below team misbehaved and very arrogant. Management please take some action against them this is ridiculous."
