"If you are an Indian, planning to watch Indian movies please don’t go to this theater. They just want ur money. Poor clarity, poor sound. Seats don’t recline, awful air conditioning. Screen 8 is much worse. Lotus cinemas please shutdown your business. Don’t play with people movie love."

"Review of Paragon Theater, Cary, NC My colleagues and I decided to visit this theater yesterday after work, December 18, 2023, to watch the Hunger Games. I arrived at 5 pm for the 5:15 pm showing. The theater had not yet been cleaned. There were dirty plates and cups at most seats. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my seat area to be cleaned before I could sit and order my food. I was very surprised by this because the cleaning cut into the preview time and should have been done before the new customers came in to watch the movie. My colleagues ordered burgers, but I ordered a grilled chicken wrap sandwich and sweet potato fries with India chai. I did not realize that my order came with fries already before ordering a separate container of fries. After receiving my order, the server came to speak with me to let me know that my order already came with fries. He wanted to confirm if I wanted an extra order of fries. I was very happy that he alerted me to this as I was not aware of that. It was not clear from the menu, and I definitely did not have any intentions to have an extra order of fries. The server demonstrated great customer service by doing that. The food was flavorful, and the portion size was adequate. I enjoyed the wrap and the fries. The India Chai was OK but not my favorite. The seats are awesome. They are spacious and very comfortable. The recliner works well. The screen is huge, and the ambience is nice. I enjoyed my visit and will try them again. Next time though, I would like to have the full experience such that when I walk into the theater, I can sit immediately and order my food without having to stand there and wait for dirty food plates and cups to be cleared and the area wiped down."

"I had an incredible experience at Paragon Parkside Theater! I recently hosted an event there, and I can’t express how amazing their team was. They made the entire process a breeze and were highly engaged with my event’s needs. The venue itself is top-notch, and the staff’s dedication to making everything perfect truly stood out. "This place is DIRTY. People standing around and it wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why none of the mess was being addressed. We were also apparently able to buy a ticket for a Lux Box seat which does not exist. Manager told my husband it wasn’t possible and to their credit took and picture and is looking into it? Nothing else said to Husband. Tried to go order food at the bar to not even be acknowledged for an unreasonable amount of time. And honestly after seeing how they care for the public space I don’t feel safe eating here. I witnessed more than one employee eating. One was at the counter and another eating a chicken wing INSIDE the kitchen where food prep was happening. I’m also a believer that employees need and deserve breaks. BUT They need to eat in designated areas and hand wash. This was our first movie in several years, and my sons first movie. We really wanted it to be special and we arrived 45mins before the show to ensure they had time to eat. Only to find out we can’t even bring food into the theatre. This place would get NEGATIVE stars if possible."

"I don't know how this movie theater doesn't have five stars. I assume there may have been some hiccups when they first opened up. GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE! From the beautiful green leading to the lobby, the bar at front, the self-service kiosk and the food delivery during the movie, everything was fantastic. I ordered a Cobb salad that was both filling, delicious, and reasonably priced. (Please note it comes with blue cheese crumble. Beware if you hate it as I do) After the movie a manager came into he theater. I asked if I should bring my plate to the front to which he replied "that is literally my entire job" (shout out to you Patrick!!) he gave my partner and I a tour, explained their promotions and was the kindest employee I've ever had the pleasure to talk to at a movie theater. He even gave me a business card that I will keep in my wallet at all times. Did I mention the dine-in seats ($3-4 upcharge) recline, heat/cool AND have privacy dividers? They are ideal for a date night. We will be back very soon!"
